Swami Shraddhanand was an M.A. during that time. He considered all religions equal. He wanted that everyone should be considered equal. No one should be discriminated on the basis on caste, creed, religion etc. He made a lot of efforts to remove this discrimination and he opened many schools to make all people educated. Inspired by him, Bhausaheb opened an school by the name of this great personality. He established school and a hostel as soon as he completed his education and returned from England, Then he started the school and Shri Shivaji Shikshan Society in the year 1932. It is well said that as the horse of Shivaji Maharaj used to gall of in a similar manner these Instiutions were regulated with a great speed.

The Master in Education and the award holder in agriculture field, Respected Dr. Bhausaheb Panjabrao Deshmukh established the first institution He was the son of a farmer, born in a middle class family. Inspite of many troubles and trials, this great man did a lot of hard work and completed his education with great difficulties. One of the major Obstacles was financial problem.But finally after completing education, Bhausaheb returned back to his mother country in the year 1926, Considering the financial problems, Bhausaheb’s father wanted Bhausaheb to enter into government services. But this was not accepted by Bhausaheb, as social work was in his blood.

Bhausaheb established a boarding School in the year 19 and named it Shri Shraddhanand free boarding School. There was a special reason behind this name of the institute. Later during that early year some orthodox people of Delhi assassinated to Swami Shraddhanand.
